Release Manager
As a Release Manager, you will:
- Perform specific release management duties.
- Work directly with seasoned Salesforce team to integrate Salesforce into the customer working environment.
- Use release management tools for Salesforce.
- Support diverse development community, develop security models and RACI matrix to satisfy customer.
- Have expertise in mix of self-service release management tools
- Support related to release management tool sets.
Scrum Master
As the Scrum Master, you will:
- Serve as Scrum Master over development teams at various clients at DHS and DOD
- Manage a high pace application pilot with aggressive deadlines
- Perform scope, risk, and schedule management functions
- Perform project planning activities to meet goals within the expected timelines
- Manage a project team utilizing Scrum framework, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Management, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Assisting the project team to achieve their Sprint plan by facilitating Scrum/Kanban/SAFe events, removing impediments, and resolving issues outside of the team’s control
- Execute and follow the Agile transformation strategies laid out by the Agile Transformation Coach
- Gather and present metrics regarding project status to upper management
- Support the product owner for product backlog management and prioritization

Performance Tester
As a Performance Tester, you will:
- Able to research, analyze performance needs and develop appropriate non-functional testing strategy, defining the health parameters to be captured and analyzed
- Gather and assess the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR)
- Prepare performance test plans, estimating effort and schedule for the engagement
- Conduct performance and functional testing in an agile environment across major client applications and interfacing systems.
- Experience in using automated test tools for Functional and / or Performance, Stability and Scalability testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, Fit, FitNesse, Grafana or others.
- Develop and execute automated system testing scripts leveraging Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Develop test scripts and load models for performance testing based on system requirements, processes, and user stories.
- Ability to parameterize the scripts for load, spike, stress and soak tests.
- Hands on Experience with performance monitoring tools like Compuware, Raygun, Stackify and Splunk
- Delivering NFT reports – status, performance metrics and recommendation
- Provide technical guidance to team members
AWS Cloud Administrator
As an AWS Cloud Administrator, you will:
- Support Federal Government clients in their cloud operations to enhance, optimize, and maintain their computing capabilities across their technical landscape.
- Interview clients to understand their application and infrastructure current state.
- Lead client working sessions to identify, categorize, prioritize and analyze data and information to work into cloud migration action plans.
- Work with the larger project teams to migrate legacy applications to their cloud platform.
- Manage cloud infrastructure from the portal, PowerShell, or by using the CLI.
- Utilize automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Assist with upgrading, installing, configuring and monitoring solutions in AWS for both Windows and Linux servers.
- Maintain gold images and scripts.
