The whole process only takes between 3 to 5 minutes. You just need to provide the information requested, such as your name, contact details, your latest CV, and, if you wish, a cover letter (this is optional).

Application Screening: Upon submitting your application, our team will review it to understand your qualifications and experience better. If further clarification is needed, we may reach out to you for a brief discussion.
Position Mapping: Based on the review, we will assess how your skills align with our open positions and inform you about the next steps, including potential interview scheduling.

HR Screening Invitation: You will receive an email or a follow-up call inviting you for an HR Screening, which is the initial step in our interview process.
HR Screening Format: The screening can be conducted via a video call or a phone interview, depending on the preference and availability.
Assessments: At this stage, you may be required to complete proctored online technical and language assessments, where applicable.
Technical Interview Scheduling: We will check your availability for a Technical Interview, which can be either through video or in person. Depending on the position, one or two technical interviews may be conducted.
• Please note that video interviews may be recorded as part of our hiring policy.
• Consent will be requested before the video interview in compliance with GDPR guidelines.
HR Behavioural Interview: Following a successful technical evaluation, a formal HR Behavioural Interview will be scheduled, aligning with our selection criteria.
Documentation: You will then be asked to access your candidate portal to submit all necessary details and documents, moving forward to the next steps of the recruitment process.
Compensation Discussion: Once all validations are complete, the recruiter will arrange a meeting to discuss compensation and benefits.
Offer of Employment: With the necessary documentation in place, the recruiter will extend a formal offer of employment.
Offer Acceptance: To proceed, you must formally accept the offer through the candidate portal.

Background Verification: Upon acceptance, the background verification process begins. You may need to provide additional details or documents to complete this step and move on to the onboarding process.
Onboarding Communication: The recruiter and/or the Recruitment Engagement Team will maintain communication with you throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

It’s mandatory to provide your CV when you submit your application. However, submitting a cover letter is optional.

We recommend that you browse our job offers and identify the right position based on your interest and expertise. However, you can indeed submit your profile for more than one application.

Don’t forget, once you’ve submitted your application, your CV is saved in our database and our recruiters can connect with you directly should a suitable role become available.

You’ll be able to track the status of your application in the candidate space. If you’re offered a position, that’s also where you’ll be able to manage your pre-boarding and onboarding.
