Hybrid Model

We will support our teams in the hybrid way of working – that’s why we subsidize home office equipment – to make working from home comfortable and safe. As a point of principle we encourage our employees to work from the office at least 3 days a week

Shifts

Flex Abroad

Funding

We appreciate the initiative in undertaking further education, developing skills and gaining new professional qualifications. We offer a wide range of career development support options, such as co-financing, participation in courses, trainings, industry conferences, or development programs. There are also other options in the area of financial support for education, determined individually depending on the business unit you would be in.

Tailor-made projects

We organize academies and curricula, i.e. development programs and training maps within a given topic, dedicated to the development of specific skills and competencies required for specific positions. We also offer trailor-made training projects, built and implemented at the request of your team, and tailored to your specific needs.

Language Courses

As part of our language courses, subsidies for courses in language schools are available, in accordance with the availability of the training budget of your future team. For self-study English, we have the Education First program, which includes unlimited virtual access to courses using a mobile app.

E-learning Platforms

We use the NEXT platform, which combines content from multiple libraries and e-learning course providers, including multiple e-learning course providers. Coursera, Harvard Manage Mentor, Spark, Microsoft or Pluralsight. You can find several thousand courses in various business and technology areas, as well as publications from all over the world – accessible at any time.
We are giving you space to access to one of the best digital learning packages in the market to grow both your soft and hard skills. Our learning platforms offer to every employee free and easy access to world-class trainings: Harvard Business Review, Coursera, Pluralsight, Udemy, Microsoft, AWS, Google and many more.

Working Conditions and Formalities

If you are employed in Poland, your employer will insure you through the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ). It allows you to benefit from all the medical services from health care providers who have contracts for health services with Polish National Health Fund. You will also have Social Security Insurance (ZUS). As part of employment with Capgemini, we offer life insurance and private health care for employees and their families. You will be also entitled to use various additional benefits from means of the Social Fund.

Social Security Insurance

All employees are obliged to have social security insurance. The obligatory social security contributions consist of 4 elements: pension, fund, retirement, sickness and accident premiums. They will be deducted from your gloss salary by us, on monthly basis.

National Health Fund

Healthcare in Poland is financed by the National Health Fund – a central state budget created to protect health. An obligatory health premium – alongside with a social insurance premium will be deducted from yourgross salary for an on-going work by our employees.

Non EU Citizens

If you are not a Citizen of the European Union, Norway, Lichtenstein, Iceland or Switzerland, you will need a visa and work permit to legally stay and work in Poland. We will help you in obtaining work permit in Poland and we can guide you with other formalities in Polish offices such as registration in the municipal office. If you plan to stay longer than your visa expiration date, we can guide you how to apply for a residence permit in order to obtain residence card.
